  • 1/2 oz Aperol
  • 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz bourbon


  • Pour the Aperol, Amaro Nonino, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake for 15-30 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty.
  • Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with the bourbon and stir.
